- Εκπαιδεύεις και καθοδηγείς το προσωπικό καθαριότητας σε διαδικασίες καθαρισμού και συντήρησης
- Επιθεωρείς τα δωμάτια και τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους για καθαριότητα και τάξη
- Συνεργάζεσαι με το προσωπικό υποδοχής για την ικανοποίηση των πελατών
- Παραγγέλνεις και διαχειρίζεσαι τα αποθέματα καθαρισμού
- Προγραμματίζεις το προσωπικό και αναθέτεις εργασίες για αποδοτική χρήση των πόρων
- Συμβάλλεις στην ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή πολιτικών και διαδικασιών καθαριότητας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Συντονισμός ομάδας ορόφων και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Γνώση προϊόντων καθαρισμού, τεχνικών και μεθόδων καθαρισμού
- Ικανότητα αυτόνομης εργασίας
- Εξοικείωση με κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα
