- Εκτελείς ποιοτικούς ελέγχους οπτικούς, μικροβιολογικούς και φυσικοχημικούς
- Δημιουργείς υποστρώματα εργαστηρίου
- Εκτελείς σταδία παραγωγής και τελικού προϊόντος σύμφωνα με πρόγραμμα
- Πραγματοποιείς μικροβιολογική ανάλυση έτοιμου προϊόντος και ενδιάμεσων σταδίων
- Πραγματοποιείς φυσικοχημική ανάλυση έτοιμου προϊόντος και ενδιάμεσων σταδίων κάθε 2 ώρες
- Πραγματοποιείς ωριαίο έλεγχο σε κάθε στάδιο της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας
- Υποστηρίζεις τον έλεγχο πιστοποιήσεων
- Πραγματοποιείς ποιοτικό έλεγχο Α’ Υλών σε συνεργασία με την Αποθήκη
- Βαθμονομείς τον εξοπλισμό εργαστηρίου
- Επιθεωρείς εγκαταστάσεις σε περίπτωση απουσίας του ΥΔΠ
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Πτυχίο Χημικού ή Τεχνολόγου Τροφίμων
- Γνώση συστήματος ISO
- Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
- Εκτέλεση ποιοτικών ελέγχων μικροβιολογικών και φυσικοχημικών
- Μικροβιολογική και φυσικοχημική ανάλυση προϊόντων
- Ωριαίος έλεγχος σταδίων παραγωγής
- Βαθμονόμηση εξοπλισμού εργαστηρίου
- Υποστήριξη κατά τον έλεγχο πιστοποιήσεων
- Ποιοτικός έλεγχος Α’ Υλών
