- Διαδικασίες εξαγωγής και πρωτόκολλα εργαστηρίου
- Βιοχημική, πρωτεϊνική, μεταβολομική και λιπιδική ανάλυση
- Πρότυπα ασφάλειας εργαστηρίου και πρότυπα ποιότητας
- Οργάνωση εργαστηρίου και τεκμηρίωση
- Συνεργασία, αυτονομία στην εργασία και άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
- Χημεία Τροφίμων / Τεχνολογία Τροφίμων / Επιστήμη Τροφίμων
