  • Ετοιμάζεις και αναλύεις αναφορές μισθοδοσίας, προσωπικού, κόστους εργασίας και άλλες αναφορές για προγραμματισμό και επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες
  • Διατηρείς ενημερωμένα και ακριβή δεδομένα μισθοδοσίας και προσωπικού στα σχετικά συστήματα HR με σεβασμό στην εμπιστευτικότητα
  • Απαντάς σε ερωτήματα εργαζομένων σχετικά με μισθοδοσία, παροχές και παρουσία με επαγγελματισμό
  • Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς φορείς για την συλλογή και παροχή αξιόπιστων πληροφοριών για αναφορές και άλλες ανάγκες
  • Συνεισφέρεις στη βελτίωση διαδικασιών, ελέγχων, αναφορών και συστημάτων μισθοδοσίας με στόχο την ακρίβεια και αυτοματοποίηση

Βασικές προϋποθέσεις

  • 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
  • Γνώση Ελληνικής εργατικής νομοθεσίας και νομοθεσίας κοινωνικής ασφάλισης
  • Εμπειρία στην επεξεργασία μισθοδοσίας σε βάρδιες και το σύνολο της διαδικασίας μισθοδοσίας
  • Ικανότητες εξισορρόπησης μισθοδοσίας και ανάλυσης δεδομένων μισθοδοσίας
  • Ισχυρές αριθμητικές, αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Εμπειρία MS Office, ειδικά Excel, και γνώση διαχείρισης εμπιστευτικών πληροφοριών
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες στα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά και ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου
  • Γνώση εργαλείων όπως Pylon Payroll/HRM και SAP Success Factors

Fraport Greece responsible for operating, managing, and upgrading 14 Regional Airports in the most attractive destinations in Greece is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the HR team and contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of our payroll operations.

The role requires hands-on payroll experience, strong knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with payroll data in a complex, shift-based working environment.

What you will be doing:

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable labor, tax, and social security legislation and company policies.

  • Collect, review, and validate monthly payroll inputs, including working time, absences, overtime, allowances, benefits, and other payroll-related data.

  • Perform payroll checks and reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and support the resolution of payroll-related issues.

  • Monitor time & attendance data and working schedules, including shift work, overtime, night work, Sundays and public holidays, ensuring accurate payroll processing.

  • Support payroll-related processes associated with ERGANI II and the Digital Work Card, ensuring consistency between working-time and payroll data.

  • Prepare and analyze payroll, headcount, labor cost, and other workforce-related reports, providing accurate data and insights to support recurring reporting, planning, forecasting, and business requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee data across relevant HR systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and confidentiality.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, attendance, and related matters in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to collect, validate, and provide reliable payroll and workforce information for recurring and ad-hoc reporting requirements.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes, controls, reporting, and systems, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in payroll.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of the end-to-end payroll cycle.

  • Very good knowledge of Greek labor, tax, and social security legislation related to payroll.

  • Experience in payroll processing within a shift-based working environment will be highly valued.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently with payroll and workforce data.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

  • Hands on experience working with Pylon Payroll/HRM and SAP Success Factors is a plus.

On 11th April 2017 full payment of the €1.234 billion upfront concession fee was made by Fraport Greece in tandem with the transfer of operations at the 14 airports for a period of 40 years.

In tandem with the start-up of its concession for managing the eleven island and the three mainland airports across Greece, Fraport Greece realized a comprehensive plan for the modernization and development of the airports.
Fraport Greece’s innovative €440 million airport development program has significantly transformed these airports. In particular, Fraport Greece has delivered five brand new terminals, expanded and modernized five existing terminals, and upgraded four other terminals. Construction projects at airside operational areas of the regional airports included renovating 12 runways, improving ramp areas, and constructing and renovating 12 fire stations. All of the airports have also been equipped with new state-of-the-art baggage handling and security systems.

The 14 Greek regional airports project is one of the largest and most beneficial investments and is a basis for boosting the Greek economy. Fraport Greece enhances the airports’ international competitiveness by the optimization of operational processes, the modernization and upgrade of the airports’ infrastructure and the continuous training of employees.
