Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι με ακρίβεια και έγκαιρα όλες τις διαδικασίες μισθοδοσίας (μηνιαίες, έκτακτες, μπόνους) για όλο τον οργανισμό
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με εργατική και φορολογική νομοθεσία κατά την εκτέλεση των διαδικασιών μισθοδοσίας
- Υπολογίζεις τη μηνιαία μισθοδοσία βάσει ενημερωμένων δεδομένων εργαζομένων και HRMS, συμπεριλαμβανομένων απουσιών, υπερωριών, βαρδιών και επιδομάτων
- Εφαρμόζεις πολιτικές ανταμοιβών σύμφωνα με συμβάσεις εργασίας, συλλογικές συμβάσεις και πρότυπα εταιρείας
- Προετοιμάζεις και υποβάλλεις αρχεία και αναφορές σε ασφαλιστικές και φορολογικές αρχές, τηρώντας τη νομοθεσία
- Λειτουργείς ως το πρώτο σημείο επικοινωνίας για ερωτήματα σχετικά με τη μισθοδοσία και παρέχεις υποστήριξη και διευκρινίσεις
- Συμμετέχεις σε ενημερώσεις συστημάτων μισθοδοσίας και διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τεχνικές απαιτήσεις
- Προετοιμάζεις αναφορές κόστους μισθοδοσίας για τη διοίκηση και παρέχεις σχετικές διευκρινίσεις
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εξωτερικούς και εσωτερικούς φορολογικούς ελεγκτές παρέχοντας τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες για τη διεξαγωγή ελέγχων
- Παρακολουθείς ενημερώσεις εργατικής και φορολογικής νομοθεσίας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση μισθοδοσίας με υπολογισμό απουσιών, υπερωριών, βαρδιών και επιδομάτων
- Συμμόρφωση με εργατική και φορολογική νομοθεσία και διαδικασίες
- Γνώση HR εφαρμογών όπως SAP SuccessFactors, HCM, HRSuite, Scan HRMS
- Προχωρημένη χρήση MS Excel για αναφορές μισθοδοσίας και κόστους
- Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας στα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Συνεργασία με ελεγκτές και διαχείριση αιτημάτων μισθοδοσίας
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Λογιστική / Διαχείριση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the precise and timely execution of all payroll-related processes (monthly, ad-hoc, bonus) across the organization. You will also support the creation and submission of payroll reports and accounting/tax articles in accordance with legal and tax frameworks, as well as management requests.
Your day to day will include:
Handling the accurate and timely execution of all payroll processes (monthly, ad-hoc, bonus) for the whole organization.
Ensuring compliance with labor and tax authorities while executing payroll procedures.
Calculating monthly payroll based on updated employee and HRMS data, including absenteeism, overtime, shifts, allowance deductions, and end-of-service.
Implementing reward policies and practices according to employment contracts, collective agreements, and Allwyn standards.
Preparing and submitting records and reports to social security and tax authorities (Tax File, EFKA, TEKA etc.), in compliance with legislation.
Acting as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries and providing necessary support and clarifications.
Participating in payroll system updates and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
Preparing payroll cost reports as requested by management and providing necessary clarifications.
Collaborating with external and internal tax auditors and controllers, providing necessary information for effective auditing.
Staying updated on labor and tax legislation changes.
What you need to succeed:
4+ years of experience in payroll
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR Management or relevant field
Proficiency in MS Office with an expertise in MS Excel
Experience with HR applications (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, HCM, HRSuite or Scan HRMS – EpsilonNet)
Knowledge of employment legislation and processes
Exposure to HR processes and procedures
Very good communication skills in Greek & English
Organizational & time management skills
