Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις την καθημερινή διοικητική υποστήριξη HR, την τεκμηρίωση, την υποβολή αναφορών και τον συντονισμό.
- Υποστηρίζεις δραστηριότητες Recruitment, όπως τον συντονισμό υποψηφίων, τον προγραμματισμό συνεντεύξεων, τον έλεγχο βιογραφικών και τις αναφορές.
- Υποστηρίζεις το employer branding, το campus recruitment, τις εκθέσεις καριέρας και τις εκδηλώσεις Recruitment.
- Υποστηρίζεις το Onboarding, τον προσανατολισμό, την εκπαίδευση και πρωτοβουλίες Learning and development.
- Υποστηρίζεις πρωτοβουλίες Employee engagement, αναγνώρισης, ευεξίας και εταιρικής κουλτούρας.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη συλλογή και ανάλυση δεδομένων, τις παρουσιάσεις, τις Internal communications και ειδικά έργα.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με διαφορετικά τμήματα και ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη, τηρώντας την εμπιστευτικότητα και την Προστασία δεδομένων.

- Microsoft Office και Ανάλυση δεδομένων
- Συντονισμός διαδικασιών Recruitment και Employer branding
- Onboarding και Learning and development
- Employee engagement και Internal communications
- Διοικητική υποστήριξη HR
- Αγγλική γλώσσα και Προστασία δεδομένων και εμπιστευτικότητα
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Τουρισμός / Διαχείριση Ξενοδοχείων / Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικούκατά προτίμηση
