Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τον προγραμματισμό πριν από την άφιξη, την επικοινωνία, τις προτιμήσεις και τα ειδικά αιτήματα VIP επισκεπτών.
- Υποστηρίζεις την ξενάγηση και την επιθεώρηση δωματίων για VIP επισκέπτες.
- Συντονίζεσαι με διαφορετικά τμήματα για την προετοιμασία εξατομικευμένων παροχών και εμπειριών υποδοχής.
- Υποστηρίζεις την εξατομικευμένη αναγνώριση επισκεπτών και λειτουργείς ως σημείο επαφής κατά τη διαμονή τους.
- Υποστηρίζεις τις αναχωρήσεις VIP επισκεπτών, τους εξατομικευμένους αποχαιρετισμούς, τα δώρα και την επικοινωνία μετά την αναχώρηση.
- Καταγράφεις ανησυχίες, παράπονα και ζητήματα εξυπηρέτησης επισκεπτών και υποστηρίζεις την κατάλληλη παρακολούθησή τους.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση αποθέματος και τις αγορές καρτών υποδοχής και παροχών επισκεπτών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών και διαχείριση εμπειρίας VIP επισκεπτών
- Προγραμματισμός πριν από την άφιξη και διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών
- Επικοινωνία, διαπροσωπικές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και εξοικείωση με τη χρήση Η/Υ
- Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα
- Συνεργασία μεταξύ τμημάτων και διαχείριση αποθέματος και προμηθειών
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Τουρισμός / Διαχείριση Ξενοδοχείωνκατά προτίμηση
Παροχές
- Πρόκειται για πρακτική άσκηση διάρκειας 6 μηνών, η οποία προσφέρει hands-on εμπειρία στη διαχείριση της εμπειρίας VIP επισκεπτών και στην εξατομικευμένη εξυπηρέτηση.
- Περιλαμβάνει coaching και καθοδήγηση από έμπειρους επαγγελματίες του Guest Experience μέσω buddy και mentor, καθώς και ευκαιρίες συνεργασίας μεταξύ τμημάτων και ανάπτυξης.
