Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τις αφίξεις και αναχωρήσεις επισκεπτών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των διαδικασιών check-in και check-out.
- Εξυπηρετείς επισκέπτες δια ζώσης, τηλεφωνικά, μέσω chat και email με επαγγελματισμό.
- Ενημερώνεις την κατάσταση δωματίων και υποστηρίζεις πρόωρες αφίξεις, καθυστερημένα check-out, ομαδικές αναχωρήσεις και ειδικά αιτήματα.
- Εξατομικεύεις κρατήσεις και προφίλ επισκεπτών μέσω των ξενοδοχειακών συστημάτων.
- Καταγράφεις παράπονα και ζητήματα εξυπηρέτησης και υποστηρίζεις την παρακολούθησή τους.
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με τα τμήματα Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge και άλλα τμήματα.
- Υποστηρίζεις διοικητικές εργασίες, αναφορές και την καθημερινή λειτουργία της Υποδοχής.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Λειτουργία Υποδοχής και εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών
- Διαδικασίες check-in και check-out και διαχείριση κρατήσεων
- Διαχείριση προφίλ επισκεπτών και διαχείριση κατάστασης δωματίων
- Service recovery και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Επικοινωνία με επισκέπτες και αγγλική γλώσσα
- Εξοικείωση με ηλεκτρονικούς υπολογιστές, διοικητικές εργασίες και αναφορές, διατμηματική συνεργασία
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Τουρισμός / Διαχείριση Ξενοδοχείωνκατά προτίμηση

- Πρακτική άσκηση διάρκειας 6 μηνών σε περιβάλλον πολυτελούς Front Office, με πρακτική εμπειρία σε όλη τη διαδρομή του επισκέπτη.
- Περιλαμβάνει coaching και ανάπτυξη μέσω buddy και mentor, εξοικείωση με τα πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης Four Seasons και ευκαιρίες ανάπτυξης διατμηματικών σχέσεων και βάσεων για καριέρα στο Rooms Division.
