Τι θα κάνεις
- Αναπτύσσεις την ετήσια στρατηγική μάρκετινγκ για Εστιατόρια & Μπαρ και εκτελείς τους επιχειρηματικούς στόχους.
- Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς καινοτόμα προγράμματα για αύξηση αναγνωρισιμότητας των Εστιατορίων & Μπαρ.
- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις το ετήσιο σχέδιο μάρκετινγκ για το Spa.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα Social Media για τη δημιουργία περιεχομένου και την εκτέλεση καμπανιών.
- Συντονίζεις την ομάδα Δημοσίων Σχέσεων για την ανάπτυξη στρατηγικής PR και διοργάνωσης εκδηλώσεων.
- Επιβλέπεις τη στρατηγική αφήγησης και επικοινωνίας σε ψηφιακές πλατφόρμες και έντυπα.
- Ηγείσαι της επιτήρησης φωτογράφησης και βιντεοσκόπησης σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του brand.
- Δημιουργείς γαστρονομικές και κοινωνικές εμπειρίες, εποχιακές εκδηλώσεις και συνεργασίες για αύξηση εσόδων.
- Αναπτύσσεις συνεργασίες με πολυτελή brands και διαχειρίζεσαι το μάρκετινγκ για τις συνεργασίες με τα outlets.
- Παρακολουθείς και παρουσιάζεις τα αποτελέσματα και την απόδοση των πρωτοβουλιών μάρκετινγκ.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Στρατηγική Marketing και Σχέσεις με ΜΜΕ στον χώρο Εστιατορίων & Μπαρ και Spa.
- Διαχείριση Social Media και Δημιουργία Περιεχομένου για καμπάνιες και ψηφιακές πλατφόρμες.
- Δημόσιες Σχέσεις και Οργάνωση Εκδηλώσεων για προώθηση και δικτύωση.
- Διαχείριση Έργου με ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών έργων και εμπλεκομένων.
- Επίβλεψη Φωτογραφίας & Βιντεοσκόπησης και Branding για διασφάλιση ταυτότητας brand.
- Microsoft Office και Adobe Creative Suite για δημιουργία οπτικού και γραπτού υλικού
- Hotel Management / Marketingκατά προτίμηση
