Τι θα κάνεις
- Εποπτεύεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του In-Room Dining, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Mini Bar και ειδικών παραγγελιών
- Διασφαλίζεις την ομαλή, έγκαιρη και αποτελεσματική παράδοση τροφίμων και ποτών στα δωμάτια των επισκεπτών
- Ηγείσαι, παρακινείς και εκπαιδεύεις την ομάδα In-Room Dining διατηρώντας υψηλά επίπεδα υπηρεσιών
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση του προσωπικού και υποστηρίζεις τη συνεχή εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις καθημερινές αιτήσεις για τρόφιμα, ποτά και λειτουργικό εξοπλισμό
- Διατηρείς καθαριότητα, οργάνωση και άριστη λειτουργία σε όλους τους χώρους του In-Room Dining
- Πραγματοποιείς τακτικούς ελέγχους ποιότητας στην εξυπηρέτηση, την εμφάνιση προσωπικού και τη λειτουργία Mini Bar
- Αναπτύσσεις ισχυρές σχέσεις με VIP, σουίτες και πελάτες μακράς διαμονής για εξατομικευμένη εξυπηρέτηση
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες Μαγειρικής και F&B για κάλυψη προτιμήσεων και ειδικών αιτημάτων πελατών
- Υποστηρίζεις στον προγραμματισμό βαρδιών, στη διαχείριση απόδοσης και στον λειτουργικό σχεδιασμό
- Εξασφαλίζεις πλήρη συμμόρφωση με πρότυπα υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και κανονισμούς
- Υποστηρίζεις στόχους τμήματος, οικονομικές επιδόσεις και πρωτοβουλίες συνεχούς βελτίωσης
- Εκτελείς άλλα καθήκοντα που ανατίθενται από τον υπεύθυνο In-Room Dining ή διευθυντή F&B
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Ηγεσία και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Γνώση κανονισμών ασφάλειας τροφίμων και συμμόρφωση με υγιεινή και ασφάλεια
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Εμπειρία σε λειτουργίες τροφίμων και ποτών πολυτελούς φιλοξενίας
- Γλωσσικές δεξιότητες στα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά
- Hospitality Managementκατά προτίμηση
