- Λαμβάνεις παραγγελίες In-Room Dining και μεταφέρεις ειδικά αιτήματα στην κουζίνα με ακρίβεια
- Απαντάς τηλεφωνικά επαγγελματικά και παρέχεις προτάσεις μενού και περιγραφές προσφορών
- Προωθείς επιπλέον προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες μέσω upselling
- Συντονίζεις παραδόσεις φαγητού, ποτών και παροχών για έγκαιρη και ακριβή εξυπηρέτηση
- Επεξεργάζεσαι χρεώσεις και φιλοδωρήματα των πελατών με ακρίβεια
- Τηρείς αρχεία παροχών, ειδικών αιτημάτων και προτιμήσεων πελατών
- Ενημερώνεις προφίλ πελατών στο Opera και διαχειρίζεσαι VIP αιτήματα και αναφορές
- Συντονίζεις με το τμήμα καθαριότητας, εκδηλώσεων και άλλα για ειδικές παραδόσεις
- Χρησιμοποιείς HotSOS για την αποτελεσματική αποστολή αιτημάτων εξυπηρέτησης
- Προετοιμάζεις λειτουργικές αναφορές με Avero και υποστηρίζεις αναφορές μισθοδοσίας
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την κουζίνα για ειδικές διατροφικές ανάγκες και εκτός μενού αιτήματα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι κρατήσεις στα τμήματα τροφίμων και ποτών μέσω OpenTable
- Υποστηρίζεις διοικητικά καθήκοντα και γενικές λειτουργικές ανάγκες του τμήματος
- Τηρείς τα πρότυπα Four Seasons, υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
- Αντιδράς κατάλληλα σε έκτακτες καταστάσεις διατηρώντας επαγγελματισμό
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
- Λειτουργίες Room Service και συντονισμός τροφίμων και ποτών
- Χρήση Opera PMS, HotSOS, Avero και OpenTable
- Δεξιότητες upselling και χρέωσης πληρωμών
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και πιστοποίηση χειρισμού τροφίμων και υγιεινής
