- Επιλέγεις, εκπαιδεύεις, αξιολογείς, ηγείσαι, παρακινείς, καθοδηγείς και επιβάλλεις πειθαρχία στο προσωπικό του In-Room Dining
- Επιβλέπεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του In-Room Dining, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της λειτουργίας Mini Bar και τον συντονισμό ειδικών αιτημάτων πελατών
- Ελέγχεις τα έξοδα εργασίας και λειτουργίας μέσω προγραμματισμού βαρδιών, διαχείρισης προϋπολογισμού, αγορών και ελέγχου αποθεμάτων
- Διασφαλίζεις εξαιρετικά πρότυπα υπηρεσιών διατηρώντας την ποιότητα, ακρίβεια, παρουσίαση και έγκαιρη παράδοση όλων των παραγγελιών In-Room Dining
- Επικοινωνείς αποτελεσματικά με το προσωπικό και τους managers για την κάλυψη λειτουργικών αναγκών και συμμετέχεις σε τακτικές λειτουργικές συναντήσεις
- Σχεδιάζεις προγράμματα εργασίας και παρακολουθείς την απόδοση των εργαζομένων ενισχύοντας ένα θετικό και συνεργατικό περιβάλλον ομάδας
- Ηγείσαι και παρακινείς την ομάδα προωθώντας τον Κανόνα Golden Rule του Four Seasons
- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς ισχυρές σχέσεις με τους πελάτες προβλέποντας ανάγκες και προσφέροντας αξέχαστες εμπειρίες in-room dining

- Ηγεσία και Διαχείριση ομάδας σε περιβάλλον πολυτελούς φιλοξενίας και Υπηρεσίας Τροφίμων & Ποτών
- Αριστεία λειτουργίας στο In-Room Dining και γνώση ποιοτικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, οργανωτικές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και παροχή εξαιρετικών εμπειριών πελατών
- Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού, προγραμματισμός βαρδιών και έλεγχος αποθεμάτων
