Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποδέχεσαι τους επισκέπτες, πραγματοποιείς check-in και παρέχεις πληροφορίες για τη διαμονή τους.
- Χρησιμοποιείς Συστήματα Front Desk, όπως PMS, WebHotelier και Booking Channels.
- Απαντάς σε εισερχόμενες κλήσεις και παρέχεις πληροφορίες δια ζώσης, τηλεφωνικά ή μέσω email.
- Συνοδεύεις τους επισκέπτες στα δωμάτιά τους όταν χρειάζεται.
- Επαληθεύεις τον τρόπο πληρωμής των επισκεπτών.
- Υπολογίζεις τις χρεώσεις, καταχωρίζεις χρεώσεις σε δωμάτια και λογαριασμούς καταλύματος.
- Συμπληρώνεις και τηρείς αναφορές συμβάντων, ημερήσιας δραστηριότητας και άλλες ζητούμενες αναφορές.
- Ολοκληρώνεις λογαριασμούς και πραγματοποιείς check-out επισκεπτών.
- Διατηρείς τακτοποιημένο τον χώρο Front Desk και Reception.
- Επεξεργάζεσαι τιμολόγια.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι παράπονα επισκεπτών, αιτήματα και έκτακτα περιστατικά.
- Εκτελείς συμφωνία λογαριασμών και διερευνάς αποκλίσεις.
- Προγραμματίζεις κλήσεις αφύπνισης και κρατήσεις για την επόμενη ημέρα.
- Ισορροπείς το ταμείο και καταγράφεις αποδείξεις.
- Τηρείς ακριβή οικονομικά αρχεία.

- Συμφωνία λογαριασμών, Night auditing και Τήρηση οικονομικών αρχείων
- Επεξεργασία τιμολογίων και Διαχείριση μετρητών
- Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel και Microsoft Word
