- Υποδέχεσαι τους επισκέπτες, ολοκληρώνεις το check-in και παρέχεις πληροφορίες για τη διαμονή τους.
- Χρησιμοποιείς συστήματα Front Desk, όπως PMS, WebHotelier και Booking Channels.
- Απαντάς σε εισερχόμενες κλήσεις.
- Συνοδεύεις τους επισκέπτες στα δωμάτιά τους όταν χρειάζεται.
- Επαληθεύεις τον τρόπο πληρωμής των επισκεπτών.
- Υπολογίζεις τις χρεώσεις και καταχωρίζεις με ακρίβεια τις χρεώσεις σε δωμάτια και λογαριασμούς καταλύματος.
- Παρέχεις ακριβείς βασικές πληροφορίες δια ζώσης, τηλεφωνικά και μέσω email.
- Συμπληρώνεις και τηρείς αναφορές συμβάντων, ημερήσιας δραστηριότητας και άλλες ζητούμενες αναφορές.
- Ολοκληρώνεις τους λογαριασμούς και το check-out των επισκεπτών.
- Διατηρείς τακτοποιημένο τον χώρο Front Desk και Reception.
- Επεξεργάζεσαι τιμολόγια.
- Ανταποκρίνεσαι σε παράπονα, αιτήματα και επείγουσες ανάγκες επισκεπτών.
- Συμφωνείς όλους τους λογαριασμούς έγκαιρα.
- Προγραμματίζεις κλήσεις αφύπνισης και κρατήσεις για την επόμενη ημέρα.
- Συμφωνείς το ταμείο και καταγράφεις τις αποδείξεις.
- Διερευνάς και επιλύεις αποκλίσεις στους λογαριασμούς.
- Τηρείς ακριβή οικονομικά αρχεία.

- English language proficiency
