- Υποδέχεσαι τους επισκέπτες κατά την άφιξή τους στο ξενοδοχείο.
- Χρησιμοποιείς συστήματα Front Desk, όπως PMS, Web Hotelier και Booking Channels.
- Καταχωρίζεις τους επισκέπτες και ολοκληρώνεις το check-in.
- Συνοδεύεις τους επισκέπτες στα δωμάτιά τους.
- Απαντάς και προωθείς τις εισερχόμενες κλήσεις.
- Επαληθεύεις τον τρόπο πληρωμής των επισκεπτών.
- Υπολογίζεις τις χρεώσεις και καταχωρίζεις με ακρίβεια τις συναλλαγές στους λογαριασμούς των επισκεπτών.
- Παρέχεις βασικές και ακριβείς πληροφορίες δια ζώσης, τηλεφωνικά και μέσω email.
- Συμπληρώνεις και τηρείς αναφορές περιστατικών, ημερήσιες αναφορές δραστηριότητας και άλλες ζητούμενες αναφορές.
- Ολοκληρώνεις τους λογαριασμούς και το check-out των επισκεπτών.
- Διατηρείς τακτοποιημένο τον χώρο Front Desk και Reception.
- Ελέγχεις το απόθεμα των προμηθειών του Front Office.
- Εκτελείς διοικητικές εργασίες Reception, όπως αρχειοθέτηση και φωτοτυπίες.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εμπειρία σε Front office reception και Guest check-in and check-out.
- Γνώση Front Desk systems και Property Management System (PMS).
- Άριστη γνώση English language και Computer literacy.
- Χρήση Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel και Microsoft Word.
- Ικανότητες Customer service και Written and verbal communication.
- Ικανότητες Telephone and email communication και Report writing and record keeping.
