- Σχεδιάζεις και διηγείς πεδινή έρευνα με πληρώματα πλοίων και ομάδες σε γραφεία πελατών.
- Ταξιδεύεις τακτικά σε πλοία και γραφεία πελατών για έρευνα πεδίου και αλληλεπίδραση με πελάτες.
- Χρησιμοποιείς συνεντεύξεις, παρατήρηση, περιβαλλοντική διερεύνηση και χαρτογράφηση ροής εργασίας για την κατανόηση εργασιών.
- Λαμβάνεις υπόψη τις πραγματικότητες των ναυτικών επιχειρήσεων, όπως κρίσιμες αποφάσεις ασφαλείας και περιορισμένη συνδεσιμότητα.
- Δομείς και συνθέτεις ευρήματα σε ταξίδια χρήστη, βασικές εργασίες, σημεία πόνου και προτεραιοποιημένες ευκαιρίες προϊόντος.
- Μεταφράζεις ανάγκες σε πληροφοριακή αρχιτεκτονική, user flows, wireframes και διαδραστικά πρωτότυπα με Figma.
- Οργανώνεις και υλοποιείς δοκιμές ευχρηστίας, επικοινωνείς αποτελέσματα και επανασχεδιάζεις με χρήστες.
- Χρησιμοποιείς μετρικές χρήστη για τη χαρτογράφηση ταξιδιών χρήστη και τη συνεχή βελτίωση προϊόντων.
- Διευκολύνεις εργαστήρια και συνεργάζεσαι με ειδικούς, προγραμματιστές και stakeholders από την ανακάλυψη μέχρι την παράδοση.
- Διατηρείς αποθετήριο έρευνας για τη διαφάνεια και ιχνηλασιμότητα ευρημάτων και αποφάσεων.
- Εξερευνάς πώς η Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη μπορεί να υποστηρίξει έρευνα, ανάλυση και πρωτοτυποποίηση.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Έρευνα UX με έμφαση σε ποιοτικές μεθόδους και ποσοτικά δεδομένα.
- Δημιουργία User Flows, Wireframing και χρήση Figma για πρωτοτυποποίηση.
- Δοκιμές Ευχρηστίας και ανάλυση δεικτών χρήστη για βελτίωση προϊόντων.
- Δεξιότητες Διευκόλυνσης και επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες για συνεργασία με ομάδες.
- Περιβαλλοντική Διερεύνηση, Διεξαγωγή Συνεντεύξεων και Ανάλυση Σημείων Πόνου.
- Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη στην Έρευνα UX για υποστήριξη ανάλυσης και πρωτοτυποποίησης.
- Αλληλεπίδραση Ανθρώπου-Υπολογιστή / Σχεδιασμός / Ψυχολογίακατά προτίμηση
