Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις και υλοποιείς θεωρητικά και πρακτικά εκπαιδευτικά σεμινάρια στον χώρο της ακαδημίας και εκτός αυτού.
- Αναπτύσσεις εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα, εγχειρίδια, ερωτηματολόγια και σχετικό υλικό βάσει των αναγκών των πελατών.
- Βελτιώνεις συνεχώς το εκπαιδευτικό υλικό και τη διδασκαλία αξιοποιώντας την ικανοποίηση και την ανατροφοδότηση των πελατών.
- Υποστηρίζεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία της ακαδημίας.
- Προετοιμάζεις και συντηρείς τον εξοπλισμό της ακαδημίας πριν, κατά τη διάρκεια και μετά την εκπαίδευση.
- Επιλύεις τεχνικά ζητήματα και απαντάς σε ερωτήσεις πελατών.
- Διασφαλίζεις την ασφάλεια των συμμετεχόντων και την προστασία των εγκαταστάσεων της ακαδημίας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Μηχανολογική μηχανική και Ναυτική τεχνολογία
- Λειτουργία και συντήρηση κύριων μηχανών και Απόδοση ναυτικών μηχανών
- Ηλεκτρονικά συστήματα και Τεχνική επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Συντήρηση υλικού και εξοπλισμού και Διαχείριση εξοπλισμού ασφαλείας
- Αγγλική γλώσσα, MS Office και Δεξιότητες πληροφορικής
- Ναυτιλιακή βιομηχανία, Υλοποίηση τεχνικής εκπαίδευσης, Διδακτική και Ανάπτυξη εκπαιδευτικού υλικού
- Μηχανολογία / Ναυπηγική και Τεχνολογία Θαλάσσιων Συστημάτων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
