Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Τεχνογνωσία σε Hydraulic systems, Automation και Electrical systems
- Εμπειρία σε Marine systems ή Industrial systems
- Technical certifications στους σχετικούς τομείς
- LAEK instructor registration
- English communication και Presentation skills
- Technical training delivery, Training material development, Hands-on technical guidance και Trainee performance evaluation
