- Συντάσσεις και υποβάλλεις δηλώσεις ΑΠΔ, ΤΕΚΑ, ΦΜΥ
- Διαχειρίζεσαι συμβάσεις, προσλήψεις, αποχωρήσεις και μεταβολές προσωπικού
- Διασφαλίζεις την ορθή εφαρμογή εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας
- Καταχωρείς και διαχειρίζεσαι προγράμματα βαρδιών και υπερωριών
- Συμμετέχεις στη διαχείριση παροχών εργαζομένων
- Τηρείς αρχεία και αρχειοθετείς σωστά τα έγγραφα
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση Business ή Pylon HRM Payroll systems
- Εμπειρία στην επεξεργασία μισθοδοσίας και υποβολή εντύπων ERGANI, Sepenet, EFKA, AAADE-FMY
- Καλή γνώση τρέχουσας εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας
- Χρήση Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Διαχείριση συμβάσεων και ηλεκτρονικά συστήματα ωρομέτρησης
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και συναίσθηση εμπιστευτικότητας
- Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
