- Μεταφράζεις επιχειρησιακές απαιτήσεις σε λειτουργικές και παραμετροποιήσιμες απαιτήσεις ERP
- Αναλύεις τις ανάγκες πελατών και εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης
- Συνεργάζεσαι με το τμήμα R&D για την ανάπτυξη προσαρμοσμένων στοιχείων λύσεων
- Παρέχεις συνεχή υποστήριξη σε πελάτες με υλοποιήσεις λογισμικού Pylon ERP
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις δοκιμές και την τεκμηρίωση της παραμετροποίησης ERP
- Συμμετέχεις στον σχεδιασμό και την αρχιτεκτονική λύσεων επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών
- Συντάσσεις προδιαγραφές ανάπτυξης και συνεργάζεσαι με πελάτες για δοκιμές και επίλυση θεμάτων
- Διασφαλίζεις την πληρότητα και την ποιότητα του functional design
- Εκπαιδεύεις τους πελάτες στη χρήση του λογισμικού
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ανάλυση λειτουργικών απαιτήσεων ERP και Παραμετροποίηση ERP
- Ανάλυση αναγκών πελατών και Προσανατολισμός στον πελάτη
- Υποστήριξη υλοποίησης ERP και Υποστήριξη πελατών
- Functional design, Functional specifications και Σχεδιασμός και αρχιτεκτονική λύσεων επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών
- Software testing και Εκπαίδευση χρηστών
- Αγγλικά, Τεχνική επικοινωνία, Δεξιότητες παρουσίασης και Γραπτή και προφορική επικοινωνία
- Πληροφορική / Οικονομικά / Χρηματοοικονομικάκατά προτίμηση
