Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των ασφαλιστικών προγραμμάτων.
- Τηρείς και ενημερώνεις το ασφαλιστικό μητρώο του Ομίλου.
- Συλλέγεις και ενοποιείς στοιχεία για τις τοπικές ασφαλιστικές καλύψεις.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικούς φορείς για τη συλλογή δεδομένων σχετικά με άτομα, έργα και περιουσιακά στοιχεία.
- Συντονίζεις την τοποθέτηση και ανανέωση ασφαλιστηρίων με εξωτερικούς μεσίτες, αναδόχους και ασφαλιστές.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση ζημιών, συγκεντρώνοντας δικαιολογητικά και συντονίζοντας τις υποβολές.
- Συντάσσεις ασφαλιστικές αναφορές και παρέχεις πληροφορίες στα εσωτερικά τμήματα.
- Τηρείς και αρχειοθετείς την ασφαλιστική τεκμηρίωση και τα έγγραφα ζημιών.
- Επεξεργάζεσαι ασφαλιστικά τιμολόγια και παρακολουθείς τις πληρωμές.
- Τηρείς και προωθείς τη συμμόρφωση με τις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες, πολιτικές και δεοντολογικά πρότυπα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση ασφαλίσεων και ασφαλιστικές αρχές
- Διαχείριση ζημιών και διαχείριση κινδύνων
- Τοποθέτηση και συντονισμός ανανέωσης ασφαλιστηρίων
- Ασφαλιστική αναφορά και συλλογή και ενοποίηση δεδομένων
- Διαχείριση αρχείων, επεξεργασία τιμολογίων και χειρισμός εμπιστευτικών πληροφοριών
- Συνεργασία μεταξύ τμημάτων, Microsoft Office Suite, ελληνική και αγγλική γλώσσα, συμμόρφωση
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Νομική / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
