Τι θα κάνεις
- Επεξεργάζεσαι εντολές αγοράς στα συστήματα και τα αρχεία της εταιρείας, κυρίως SAP και Excel.
- Ελέγχεις την ακρίβεια των δεδομένων στις παραγγελίες και την τεκμηρίωση εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας.
- Επικοινωνείς με προμηθευτές για τη συλλογή ελλιπών στοιχείων και την απάντηση σε ερωτήματα.
- Ελέγχεις τη ροή των εισερχόμενων υλικών μέσω επικοινωνίας με προμηθευτές.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις διαδικασίες τιμολόγησης παραγγελιών.
- Τηρείς αρχεία αναφορών αγορών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές για claims.
- Ορίζεις διαδικασίες follow-up και υπενθυμίσεων όταν χρειάζεται.
