senior financial controller

To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team a Financial Controller.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the FP&A cycle, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

• Lead financial statement analysis to evaluate performance and position.

• Analyze costs and financial data to drive efficiency and cost control.

• Provide actionable insights into manufacturing KPIs, variances, and cost drivers.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting and internal controls.

• Lead strategic projects, business cases, and investment evaluations.

• Deliver high-quality financial reports, KPIs, and insights to senior management.

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A or Financial Controlling within pharma or industrial manufacturing.

• In-depth understanding of financial statements and their preparation.

• Previous work experience in accounting or audit will be considered an asset.

• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.

• Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Excel, with strong PowerPoint skills.

• Experience with BI tools is a plus.
