Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις Excel, PowerPoint και MS Office
- Εμπειρία με Συστήματα ERP, προτιμητικά SAP
- Δεξιότητες σύνταξης οικονομικών προβλέψεων, χρηματοοικονομικής μοντελοποίησης και κατάρτισης προϋπολογισμού
- Ικανότητα εκτέλεσης ανάλυσης αποκλίσεων, gap analysis και ανάλυσης ευαισθησίας
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join team, part of our Finance General Division based in Marousi.
By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in our company’s effort for strengthening financial insight and enabling data‑driven decisions that support performance and strategic growth across METLEN’s operations.
Your role will encompass:
Participates in the financial monitoring & analysis of the M Energy sector (Εnergy Generation & Management, Customer Solutions, Integrated Supply & Trading)
Develops financial forecasts and models to project future financial performance (P&L and CF)
Participates in the preparation of the annual budget & produces variance reports
Conducts gap analysis and sensitivity analysis
Actively participates in the preparation of the Energy Council's monthly presentation
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in finance or in engineering
Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance is desirable (required in case of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering)
4+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the energy and energy products sector (or in an audit firm with a main focus on auditing companies in the above sectors)
Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Excellent knowledge of the English languageStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
