- Αναλαμβάνεις την καθοδήγηση της σχέσης με τον πελάτη, καλλιεργώντας δυνατές σχέσεις με στελέχη C-level και κυριότερους ενδιαφερόμενους
- Ηγείσαι των προσπαθειών διεύρυνσης των λογαριασμών και εντοπίζεις νέες επιχειρηματικές ευκαιρίες
- Κατανοείς πλήρως το εύρος τεχνολογικών και επιχειρησιακών υπηρεσιών της EPAM και τα προσαρμόζεις στις ανάγκες του πελάτη
- Ελέγχεις πλήρως τα οικονομικά του λογαριασμού, επιβλέποντας απόδοση, στόχους εσόδων, κερδοφορία και προγραμματισμό πόρων
- Λειτουργείς ως βασικός σύνδεσμος μεταξύ πελάτη, εσωτερικών ομάδων παράδοσης και ηγεσίας Business Unit για ομαλή παράδοση έργων
- Συμβάλλεις στις επιχειρηματικές προσπάθειες εξετάζοντας ευκαιρίες, υποστηρίζοντας προετοιμασία προτάσεων και ολοκλήρωση συμφωνιών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπλοκή Πελατών και Business Development με ικανότητα ανάπτυξης λογαριασμών και δημιουργίας εμπιστοσύνης
- Διαχείριση Λογαριασμών με έλεγχο P&L και γνώση του Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Διαχείριση Φορέων με ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολύπλοκων σχέσεων και διαπροσωπικών δεξιοτήτων
- Γνώση της Βιομηχανίας Χρηματοοικονομικών Υπηρεσιών και Ενέργειας
- Σύγχρονες Διαδικασίες Ανάπτυξης Λογισμικού και Διαχείριση Τεχνολογίας
- Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες σε ελληνικά και αγγλικά με επαγγελματικό δίκτυο στην περιοχή
