- Εδραιώνεις το ρόλο του product manager στο πελατειακό περιβάλλον και λειτουργείς ως κύριος σύνδεσμος μεταξύ επιχειρήσεων, delivery και stakeholders
- Βελτιώνεις το product roadmap βάσει χαρακτηριστικών παλαιών εφαρμογών, ανατροφοδότησης από soft launch, νέων επιχειρηματικών απαιτήσεων και δυνατοτήτων delivery
- Συμμετέχεις σε λειτουργικές αποφάσεις σχετικά με την κατεύθυνση του προϊόντος για τη στήριξη της ομάδας delivery
- Δημιουργείς ένα πλαίσιο ανάλυσης δεδομένων προϊόντος για τη λήψη αποφάσεων βάσει δεδομένων
- Βελτιώνεις και τυποποιείς τη διαδικασία υποστήριξης προϊόντος
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαδικασία λανσαρίσματος της mobile εφαρμογής και την απόσυρση της παλαιάς εφαρμογής
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα UI/UX του πελάτη για ευθυγράμμιση προϊόντος και σχεδιασμού
- Ορίζεις το product roadmap για το 2027 σύμφωνα με τους επιχειρηματικούς στόχους
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση προϊόντων και ανάπτυξη product roadmap για mobile B2C προϊόντα
- Διαχείριση διαδικασιών υποστήριξης προϊόντος και πλαίσια product analytics
- Συνεργασία με ομάδες UI/UX και λήψη λειτουργικών αποφάσεων
- Διαχείριση ενδιαφερομένων μερών και υποστήριξη σε mobile app λανσάρισμα
- Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής γλώσσας και καλή γνώση της αγγλικής (B2+)
