- Βελτιώνεις το product roadmap βάσει χαρακτηριστικών παλαιών εφαρμογών, σχολίων soft launch, νέων επιχειρηματικών απαιτήσεων και δυνατοτήτων παράδοσης
- Συμμετέχεις στη λήψη επιχειρησιακών αποφάσεων για την κατεύθυνση του προϊόντος προς υποστήριξη της ομάδας παράδοσης
- Δημιουργείς πλαίσιο ανάλυσης προϊόντος για υποστήριξη αποφάσεων βάσει δεδομένων
- Βελτιώνεις και τυποποιείς τη διαδικασία υποστήριξης προϊόντος
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαδικασία λανσαρίσματος της mobile εφαρμογής και την απόσυρση της παλιάς εφαρμογής
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα UI/UX του πελάτη για ευθυγράμμιση προσπαθειών προϊόντος και σχεδιασμού
- Ορίζεις το product roadmap για το 2027 σε συμφωνία με τους επιχειρηματικούς στόχους
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία Mobile B2C Product Delivery και υποστήριξη λανσαρισμάτων
- Δημιουργία και χρήση Product Analytics Framework
- Βελτίωση και διαχείριση διαδικασιών υποστήριξης
- Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση Product Roadmap
- Operational Decision-Making και συνεργασία με Stakeholder Management
- Συνεργασία με UI/UX ομάδες και ευχέρεια στα ελληνικά και αγγλικά
