- Συνεργάζεσαι με ανώτατα στελέχη πελατών σε πρωτοβουλίες Data & AI, συμπεριλαμβανομένης στρατηγικής δεδομένων και μετασχηματισμού AI
- Συμβάλλεις στην ανάπτυξη και εξέλιξη των προσφορών Financial Services D&A στην Ευρώπη
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ευκαιρίες και απαντήσεις σε RFP/RFQ/RFI με στρατηγική επικράτησης και δομημένη αφήγηση
- Παρακολουθείς και ελέγχεις έργα προγράμματος στον χρηματοοικονομικό τομέα
- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς μακροχρόνιες σχέσεις με πελάτες βασισμένες στην παροχή αξίας
- Οδηγείς τα αρχικά στάδια στρατηγικών έργων, συμπεριλαμβανομένου καθορισμού οράματος, σχηματισμού ομάδας και διακυβέρνησης
- Συμβουλεύεις τις ομάδες παράδοσης για κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις και συμμόρφωση στον χρηματοοικονομικό τομέα
- Καθοδηγείς και εκπαιδεύεις νέες γενιές συμβούλων στον τομέα Financial Services D&A
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 15+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση τεχνολογιών Data και AI, συμπεριλαμβανομένων Machine Learning, RAG και σύγχρονων πλατφορμών (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Εμπειρία σε consulting και διαχείριση προγραμμάτων και παράδοσης σε μεγάλα έργα μετασχηματισμού δεδομένων και AI
- Εξειδίκευση στον χρηματοοικονομικό τομέα με γνώση τραπεζικών δεδομένων, λειτουργικών μοντέλων, KPIs και ρυθμιστικών πλαισίων όπως Basel 3.1, BCBS239, AML, DORA, EU AI Act
- Αρχιτεκτονική δεδομένων, μοντελοποίηση, εταιρική διακυβέρνηση, καταγραφή προέλευσης δεδομένων και κανονιστική συμμόρφωση
- Δυνατότητα μετάφρασης επιχειρησιακών προκλήσεων σε λύσεις AI και ευθυγράμμισης stakeholders
- Εμπειρία με Databricks, γνώση Γερμανικών και βασικές γνώσεις πληροφορικής
- Πληροφορική / Εφαρμοσμένη Μαθηματικήκατά προτίμηση
