- Συνεργάζεσαι με ανώτερα στελέχη πελατών για πρωτοβουλίες Data & AI, καλύπτοντας στρατηγική δεδομένων και πλατφόρμες
- Σχηματίζεις και εμπλουτίζεις το portfolio των Financial Services D&A σε ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο
- Αναλαμβάνεις ευθύνη για δημιουργία επιχειρηματικών ευκαιριών και απαντήσεις σε RFP/RFQ/RFI
- Εποπτεύεις το portfolio έργων Financial Services με σταθερή παρακολούθηση
- Αναπτύσσεις μακροχρόνιες σχέσεις με πελάτες βασισμένες στην παροχή αξίας
- Καθοδηγείς τα πρώτα στάδια στρατηγικών engagements, ορίζοντας όραμα και governance
- Συμβουλεύεις τις ομάδες παράδοσης σε κανονιστικά και θέματα συμμόρφωσης στον χρηματοοικονομικό τομέα
- Καθοδηγείς και υποστηρίζεις τους νέους συμβούλους εντός FS D&A
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 15+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση τεχνολογιών Data και AI και σύγχρονων data platforms όπως AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks
- Εμπειρία σε συμβουλευτική, διαχείριση προγραμμάτων και ανάπτυξη στρατηγικής δεδομένων
- Κατανόηση κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης στον χρηματοοικονομικό τομέα (Basel 3.1/CRR3, BCBS239, AML/AFC, DORA, EU AI Act)
- Αρχιτεκτονική δεδομένων, μοντελοποίηση, governance και ανθρώπινη εποπτεία AI
- Μετάφραση επιχειρηματικών προβλημάτων σε λύσεις AI και διαχείριση transformation projects
- Ηγεσία σε discovery, ανάπτυξη governance, ευθυγράμμιση stakeholders, και target operating models
- Θεμελιώδεις γνώσεις computer science, Machine Learning και σύγχρονες δυνατότητες AI
- Πληροφορική / Εφαρμοσμένη Μαθηματική / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
