Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Καλή γνώση λειτουργικών συστημάτων, πακέτου λογισμικού γραφείου και υπηρεσιών δικτύου LAN-WAN
- Ικανότητα διάγνωσης και επίλυσης βλαβών εξοπλισμού όπως servers και PCs
- Άδεια οδήγησης και επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
- Εγκατάσταση λογισμικού, ρύθμιση δικτύου Wi-Fi και συναρμολόγηση υλικού Η/Υ
- Γνώση Windows Server και SQL Server
- Computer Science

We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Installation and technical support on client premises
Support via Remote Desktop
Telephone customer support
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
Good knowledge of operating systems, Office software package, and LAN-WAN network services
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions (servers/PCs)
Driver's license
Responsibility and reliability
Communication skills
Proficiency in English
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server
2 years of experience in catering establishments
Software installation and Wi-Fi network setup
PC hardware assembly
