Τι θα κάνεις
- Συμμετέχεις σε έργα ERP κατά τη διάρκεια του κύκλου υλοποίησης, συμπεριλαμβανομένου σχεδιασμού, χαρτογράφησης, δοκιμών και υποστήριξης σε λειτουργία
- Συγκεντρώνεις, αναλύεις και ορίζεις τις απαιτήσεις των πελατών σχετικά με τις επιχειρησιακές διαδικασίες
- Δημιουργείς σχεδίαση τεχνικών λύσεων και υλοποιείς λογισμικό βάσει των επιχειρησιακών απαιτήσεων
- Παρέχεις ανατροφοδότηση για νέες λειτουργικότητες και βελτιώσεις σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες των πελατών
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση για ομαλή εισαγωγή των χρηστών στις νέες λειτουργίες και το περιβάλλον λογισμικού
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με την ομάδα έργου για να ιεραρχήσεις τις ανάγκες των πελατών και να εντοπίζεις και να επιλύεις προβλήματα προληπτικά
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση του ERP Implementation Life Cycle και Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Δεξιότητες Technical Solution Design και Training Delivery
- Προσανατολισμός στον πελάτη και Customer Service Orientation
- Ικανότητες Problem Solving και Analytical Skills
- Εμπειρία με Microsoft SQL Server
- Επικοινωνιακές και Interpersonal Skills
- Ικανότητα ανεξάρτητης εργασίας και Team Collaboration
- Πληροφορική / Οικονομικάκατά προτίμηση
