- Αντιμετωπίζεις περιστατικά ως υποστήριξη πρώτου επιπέδου αναλύοντας, ερευνώντας και κλιμακώνοντας ζητήματα στην ομάδα ανάπτυξης
- Αναλύεις συνεχώς και ξεκινάς βελτιώσεις/αλλαγές συστημάτων και διαδικασιών βάσει απαιτήσεων και προτεραιοποιώντας τους κινδύνους
- Παρακολουθείς την κατάσταση υγείας πελατών
- Διαχειρίζεσαι πολιτικές και διαδικασίες SLA
- Υποστηρίζεις συνεργάτες μέσω email και e-ticket
- Αντιδράς σε ζητήματα συνεργατών
- Βοηθάς στην υλοποίηση και εκπαίδευση συνεργατών
- Αναλύεις και αναφέρεις δυσλειτουργίες προϊόντων
- Συλλέγεις απαιτήσεις, αναλύεις επιχειρήσεις και διεξάγεις εργαστήρια διαδικασιών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώση myDATA (IAPR) με έμφαση σε Έσοδα και προαπαιτούμενη γνώση ERP λογισμικού
- Εμπειρία στη χρήση Softone ERP
- Ικανότητα ανάλυσης περιστατικών, κλιμάκωσης και υποστήριξη πρώτου επιπέδου
- Διαχείριση πολιτικών SLA και υποστήριξη συνεργατών μέσω email και e-ticket
- Βελτίωση διαδικασιών και έναρξη αλλαγών
- Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και πελατοκεντρικές δεξιότητες
- Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Πληροφορική / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Λογιστική
