Τι θα κάνεις
- Καταρτίζεις ετήσια επιχειρηματικά πλάνα, προϋπολογισμούς, αναθεωρήσεις προβλέψεων και μακροπρόθεσμες στρατηγικές για τα ξενοδοχεία του χαρτοφυλακίου.
- Παρακολουθείς P&L, ταμειακές ροές, επενδύσεις Capex και κεφάλαιο κίνησης, εντοπίζοντας κινδύνους και ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Operations, Finance, Commercial, Marketing και Brand για τη βελτιστοποίηση εσόδων και κερδοφορίας.
- Επιβλέπεις πρωτοβουλίες ενίσχυσης της αξίας των assets, όπως repositioning, ανακαινίσεις, αναβαθμίσεις και ευθυγράμμιση με το brand.
- Υποστηρίζεις διαπραγματεύσεις, due diligence και διαδικασίες συναλλαγών για νέα ακίνητα και έργα στρατηγικής επέκτασης.
- Λειτουργείς ως βασικό σημείο σύνδεσης μεταξύ Owner/CEO, funds, επενδυτών και λοιπών χρηματοοικονομικών stakeholders.
- Συντάσσεις τακτικές αξιολογήσεις απόδοσης assets, ενημερώσεις επενδύσεων και στρατηγικές εισηγήσεις.
- Αξιολογείς προτάσεις Capex και business cases, διασφαλίζοντας πειθαρχία ROI και υλοποίηση βάσει εγκεκριμένων πλάνων.
- Παρακολουθείς τάσεις αγοράς, ανταγωνισμού και προορισμών για την υποστήριξη αποφάσεων τιμολόγησης και επενδύσεων.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη λειτουργία κάθε asset σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του brand, τους στόχους και τις απαιτήσεις συμμόρφωσης.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση συμβάσεων, την ευθυγράμμιση operator/owner και τη διαπραγμάτευση εμπορικών όρων.
- Ηγείσαι due diligence, underwriting και υποστήριξης μετάβασης για εξαγορές, νέα openings και επέκταση χαρτοφυλακίου.

- Budgeting and forecasting, P&L management και Cash flow management

- Stakeholder management και Contract management
- Advanced Excel και επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα
