Τι θα κάνεις
- Εξυπηρετείς τους επισκέπτες, ακούς τις ανάγκες τους και παρέχεις ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και επιλύεις άμεσα τα παράπονα των επισκεπτών.
- Λαμβάνεις παραγγελίες φαγητού και ποτών τηλεφωνικά ή από κάρτες παραγγελίας στις πόρτες των δωματίων.
- Προετοιμάζεις το trolley για το service.
- Παραδίδεις τις παραγγελίες στα δωμάτια και εκτελείς το service.
- Ελέγχεις τους διαδρόμους για σκεύη ή trolley που έχουν αφήσει οι επισκέπτες.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τα λειτουργικά τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για τη μέγιστη ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχείριση παραπόνων
- Λήψη παραγγελιών φαγητού και ποτών και service φαγητού και ποτών
- Γνώση του μενού του ξενοδοχείου και διατροφικών περιορισμών
- Προετοιμασία trolley και έλεγχος διαδρόμων και χώρων service
- Αγγλικά
