Τι θα κάνεις
- Καλωσορίζεις τους πελάτες και διασφαλίζεις την κατάλληλη τοποθέτησή τους στο εστιατόριο σύμφωνα με τις προτιμήσεις τους
- Παρακολουθείς το χώρο του εστιατορίου και διαχειρίζεσαι άμεσα τυχόν προβλήματα πελατών
- Παρέχεις πληροφορίες για το μενού, τις ειδικές προσφορές και προωθείς επιπλέον πωλήσεις
- Διοικείς και διαχειρίζεσαι τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες του εστιατορίου, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή λειτουργία
- Πραγματοποιείς ενημερώσεις βάρδιας και ενημερώνεις το προσωπικό για κρίσιμες πληροφορίες
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες για έλεγχο ποιότητας φαγητού και ποτών και για παρουσίαση-υπηρεσία
- Εκπαιδεύεις, καθοδηγείς και αξιολογείς το προσωπικό για τη βελτίωση της απόδοσης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα ωράρια του προσωπικού για επαρκή κάλυψη κατά τις βάρδιες
- Συμμετέχεις στην προετοιμασία αναφορών λειτουργικών μετρήσεων όπως πωλήσεις και ανατροφοδότηση πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και MS Office
- Πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων και Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων
- Ικανότητες εποπτείας, Διαχείριση προσωπικού και Οργανωτικές ικανότητες
- Τεχνικές upselling και Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και Διαχείριση φιλοξενίας
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Restaurant Management / Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
