Τι θα κάνεις
- Εκτελείς ελέγχους brand και εσωτερικές επιθεωρήσεις.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με κανονισμούς υγείας, ασφάλειας και υγιεινής, καθώς και με πρότυπα ISO και HACCP.
- Συντονίζεις τη διαθεσιμότητα και την ορθή χρήση έντυπου υλικού και σήμανσης για υγεία, ασφάλεια, βιωσιμότητα και brand.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με την τοπική και εθνική νομοθεσία.
- Συντάσσεις και παρουσιάζεις τακτικές αναφορές απόδοσης ποιότητας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πρότυπα ποιότητας στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο και έλεγχοι brand.
- Quality assurance, εσωτερικές επιθεωρήσεις και Continuous improvement.
- Κανονισμοί υγείας και ασφάλειας, κανονισμοί υγιεινής, πρότυπα ISO και πρότυπα HACCP.
- Κανονιστική συμμόρφωση και συμμόρφωση με τοπικές και εθνικές απαιτήσεις.
- Πλαίσια βιωσιμότητας και βιώσιμη λειτουργία.
- Αναφορές απόδοσης ποιότητας και άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών.
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Μηχανικήκατά προτίμηση
