Τι θα κάνεις
- Διενεργείς ελέγχους brand και εσωτερικές επιθεωρήσεις.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με κανονισμούς υγείας, ασφάλειας και υγιεινής, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των ISO και HACCP.
- Συντονίζεις τη διαθεσιμότητα και την ορθή χρήση έντυπου υλικού και σήμανσης για υγεία, ασφάλεια, βιωσιμότητα και brand.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τοπικούς και εθνικούς κανονισμούς.
- Συντάσσεις και παρουσιάζεις τακτικές αναφορές απόδοσης ποιότητας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διασφάλιση ποιότητας και συνεχής βελτίωση.
- Πρότυπα ποιότητας στον κλάδο της φιλοξενίας και διεθνή πρότυπα ξενοδοχειακών brand.
- Συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα υγείας και ασφάλειας, HACCP και Πρότυπα ISO.
- Πλαίσια και πρακτικές βιωσιμότητας.
- Έλεγχοι brand, εσωτερικές επιθεωρήσεις και κανονιστική συμμόρφωση.
- Αναφορές απόδοσης ποιότητας, σήμανση και έντυπο υλικό υγείας και ασφάλειας, Αγγλικά.
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Μηχανικήκατά προτίμηση
