Τι θα κάνεις
- Συντονίζεις τις καθημερινές εργασίες καθαρισμού σε όλους τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου.
- Οργανώνεις και αναθέτεις τις καθημερινές εργασίες στους υπαλλήλους κοινόχρηστων χώρων.
- Ελέγχεις τακτικά την καθαριότητα και την κατάλληλη παρουσίαση των χώρων.
- Παρακολουθείς τα υλικά καθαρισμού και διασφαλίζεις τη σωστή χρήση εξοπλισμού και υλικών.
- Αναφέρεις προβλήματα συντήρησης και συντονίζεσαι με τα αρμόδια τμήματα.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις διαδικασίες υγιεινής, υγείας και ασφάλειας του ξενοδοχείου.
- Υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα Housekeeping για την ομαλή καθημερινή λειτουργία.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Συντονισμός καθαρισμού κοινόχρηστων χώρων και λειτουργίες Housekeeping
- Οργάνωση και ανάθεση εργασιών και συντονισμός ομάδας
- Έλεγχος καθαριότητας και πρότυπα υγιεινής
- Διαδικασίες καθαρισμού και εξοπλισμός και υλικά καθαρισμού
- Διαδικασίες υγείας και ασφάλειας και αναφορά προβλημάτων συντήρησης
- Multitasking, επίλυση προβλημάτων, διαχείριση προθεσμιών και προσαρμοστικότητα
