- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα βασικών υλικών και πραγματοποιείς παραγγελίες εντός προϋπολογισμού.
- Ελέγχεις την ποιότητα των υλικών και την κατάσταση του εξοπλισμού παρασκευής.
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο πόστο και τηρείς τις διαδικασίες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Παρασκευή ζαχαροπλαστικής και δημιουργία επιδορπίων
- Διακόσμηση ζαχαροπλαστικής
- Υγιεινή και ασφάλεια τροφίμων
- Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού
- Έλεγχος ποιότητας υλικών και επιθεώρηση εξοπλισμού κουζίνας
- Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Γαστρονομικές Τέχνεςκατά προτίμηση
