Τι θα κάνεις
- Εργάζεσαι με ενθουσιασμό ως μέλος της ομάδας κουζίνας.
- Εκτελείς τη λειτουργία του τμήματος ζαχαροπλαστικής σύμφωνα με υψηλά πρότυπα.
- Τηρείς και καταγράφεις τις θερμοκρασίες σε ψυγεία και χώρους αποθήκευσης τροφίμων.
- Μαγειρεύεις και παρουσιάζεις φαγητά σύμφωνα με συμφωνημένες συνταγές και πρότυπα Mise en place.
- Χειρίζεσαι με ασφάλεια φούρνους, εστίες, γκριλ, φούρνους μικροκυμάτων και φριτέζες.
- Στήνεις και αποσυναρμολογείς τον σταθμό εργασίας και καθαρίζεις και απολυμαίνεις την κουζίνα, τα τραπέζια, τα εργαλεία, τα μαχαίρια και τον εξοπλισμό.
- Τηρείς τις ισχύουσες τοπικές οδηγίες για την COVID-19.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Παρασκευή και ψήσιμο αρτοσκευασμάτων ζαχαροπλαστικής και διακόσμηση γλυκών και αρτοσκευασμάτων
- Λειτουργία τμήματος ζαχαροπλαστικής, τήρηση συνταγών και Mise en place
- Ασφάλεια τροφίμων και υγιεινή, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της συμμόρφωσης με τις οδηγίες για την COVID-19
- Χειρισμός εξοπλισμού κουζίνας και έλεγχος και καταγραφή θερμοκρασιών
- Προετοιμασία και αποσυναρμολόγηση σταθμού εργασίας κουζίνας
- Ηγεσία ομάδας και εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη ομάδας
- Γαστρονομικές Τέχνες / Διοίκηση Φιλοξενίας και Τουρισμούκατά προτίμηση
