- Παράγεις καθημερινά και εποχιακά μενού επιδορπίων σύμφωνα με τις προτιμήσεις των πελατών και διατηρώντας υψηλά πρότυπα ποιότητας
- Επιβλέπεις όλα τα στάδια παραγωγής γλυκών, όπως το ψήσιμο, τη διακόσμηση και την παρουσίαση σύμφωνα με συνταγές και πρότυπα
- Διατηρείς αυστηρά πρότυπα ποιοτικού ελέγχου για την συνέπεια, φρεσκάδα και γεύση των προϊόντων
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το απόθεμα γλυκών και παρακολουθείς τα επίπεδα των πρώτων υλών
- Εφαρμόζεις αυστηρές πρακτικές υγιεινής και καθαριότητας στην κουζίνα των γλυκών
- Εφαρμόζεις σωστές διαδικασίες χειρισμού τροφίμων για την αποφυγή μόλυνσης και διασφάλιση της ασφάλειας τροφίμων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις τεχνικών ψησίματος και παρουσίασης γλυκών
- Κατανόηση προτύπων ασφάλειας τροφίμων και κανονισμών υγιεινής
- Δεξιότητες διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων και ποιοτικού ελέγχου
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση με έντονη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και ομαδικού πνεύματος
- Δημιουργικό μυαλό στην παρασκευή και παρουσίαση επιδορπίων
- Γνώση MS Office
- Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
