Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρακολουθείς και διασφαλίζεις την ασφάλεια των παιδιών καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια των δραστηριοτήτων.
- Προγραμματίζεις και διευκολύνεις ποικίλες δραστηριότητες όπως χειροτεχνίες, παιχνίδια, αθλήματα και εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα.
- Εφαρμόζεις στρατηγικές διαχείρισης συμπεριφοράς για την προώθηση θετικών αλληλεπιδράσεων μεταξύ των παιδιών.
- Παρέχεις εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα και προσοχή για την ενίσχυση της αυτοπεποίθησης και της κοινωνικής αλληλεπίδρασης των παιδιών.
- Τηρείς τους κανόνες ασφάλειας και υγιεινής και επιβλέπεις τα παιδιά καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια των δραστηριοτήτων.
- Αναφέρεσαι άμεσα σε έκτακτα περιστατικά και ενημερώνεις τους υπεύθυνους και γονείς.
- Επικοινωνείς με τους γονείς για την πρόοδο και τις ανάγκες των παιδιών, προσφέροντας υποστήριξη και πληροφορίες.
- Τηρείς τις πολιτικές και κανονισμούς του Kids Club σχετικά με ώρες παραλαβής και αφήγησης, ασφάλεια και υγιεινή.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση Ανάπτυξης Παιδιών και προσαρμογή δραστηριοτήτων ανά ηλικία
- Εποπτεία Παιδιών και εφαρμογή κανόνων Ασφάλειας και Υγιεινής
- Στρατηγικές Διαχείρισης Συμπεριφοράς για θετικές αλληλεπιδράσεις
- Αποτελεσματική Επικοινωνία με παιδιά και γονείς
- Ενσυναίσθηση για κατανόηση και ανταπόκριση στις ανάγκες των παιδιών
- Δημιουργικότητα και Οικοδόμηση Σχέσεων σε περιβάλλον εργασίας
