- Τοποθετείς σωσίβια και ζώνες ασφαλείας για τα παιδιά
- Παρέχεις ενημερώσεις ασφαλείας και καθημερινές ενημερώσεις διαδρομής
- Προετοιμάζεις το yacht και οργανώνεις τα πακέτα για παιδιά κατά την αλλαγή πληρώματος
- Δημιουργείς ναυτικές δραστηριότητες και παράκτιο παιχνίδια σε λιμάνια
- Διατηρείς παιχνίδια και οργανώνεις κυνήγια θησαυρού, κουίζ και δραστηριότητες εκ των προτέρων
- Παρέχεις βραβεία στα παιδιά στο τέλος της κάθε flotilla
- Κοινωνικοποιείσαι με όλους τους επισκέπτες
- Συντονίζεις ομαδικά γεύματα, BBQ, πάρτι και άλλες εκδηλώσεις με ειδικές διευθετήσεις για παιδιά
- Βοηθάς στη γενική οργάνωση της flotilla και διαχειρίζεσαι απορίες επισκεπτών
- Ολοκληρώνεις εργασίες κατά την αλλαγή πληρώματος και υποστηρίζεις τον κυβερνήτη, τεχνικό και υπεύθυνο υποδοχής
- Διατηρείς καθαριότητα και καλή παρουσίαση του lead boat
- Εκτελείς επιπλέον καθήκοντα όπως ανατίθενται από τον Base Manager
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Πιστοποίηση βασικών πρώτων βοηθειών και Παράδοση ενημερώσεων ασφάλειας
- Εμπειρία ιστιοπλοΐας yacht με RYA Day Skipper ή Competent Crew
- Εμπειρία με παιδιά ηλικίας 5-17 ετών και Οργάνωση δραστηριοτήτων για παιδιά
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Ομαδική εργασία και Ευελιξία
- Διαχείριση βραβείων και Προετοιμασία yacht και βάσης

Sailing adventures specifically tailored to every customer, be it an adult group or family vacation, from flotilla charters or courses at our sailing schools, we design the perfect experience they'll never forget. We have something to suit everybody regardless of experience level or vessel preference.
Our skippered charters will work with a large variety of customers, from proficient sailors who would like somebody on-board to tackle the hard work and provide their unrivalled local knowledge and expertise, to customers who have never sailed before and are looking to relax and enjoy the adventure, whilst knowing they are in safe hands. Customers can get as involved in the sailing as they like, whilst enjoying the turquoise waters, buzzy harbours, and endless horizons.
Living on board with the customers, our bareboat skippers are required to plan and adapt the charters itinerary dependent on each customer’s preferences, weather forecasts, and perhaps even any secret hidden local gems.
