Τι θα κάνεις
- Διευθύνεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του τμήματος Housekeeping
- Ελέγχεις και διασφαλίζεις καθαριότητα και καλή συντήρηση δωματίων, κοινόχρηστων και χώρων προσωπικού
- Πραγματοποιείς επιθεωρήσεις και διαχειρίζεσαι διορθωτικές ενέργειες
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα οικονομικά του τμήματος και παρακολουθείς τον προϋπολογισμό
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το προσωπικό με προγραμματισμό και παρακολούθηση βάρδιων
- Εξασφαλίζεις αρκετά διαθέσιμα και καθαρά δωμάτια για μεγιστοποίηση εσόδων
- Αντιμετωπίζεις έγκαιρα και ευγενικά τα αιτήματα και τα παράπονα των πελατών
- Εκπαιδεύεις και παρέχεις υποστήριξη στο προσωπικό, προωθώντας υψηλά πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης
- Προωθείς συνεργασία και θετικό επαγγελματικό περιβάλλον εργασίας
- Παρακολουθείς συναντήσεις τμήματος και ξενοδοχείου για σωστό συντονισμό και σχεδιασμό
- Παρέχεις συμβουλές και εφαρμόζεις βελτιώσεις στις λειτουργίες housekeeping
- Υπεύθυνος για πρωτοβουλίες housekeeping και τήρηση στόχων παραγωγικότητας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση Housekeeping και προγραμματισμός προσωπικού
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού και έλεγχος κόστους εργασίας
- Εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη προσωπικού
- Διαχείριση ικανοποίησης πελατών και αποκατάσταση υπηρεσιών
- Συμμετοχή σε συναντήσεις και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Hotel and Restaurant Management / Hospitality / Business Administration
