- Εποπτεύεις τις διαδικασίες check-in και check-out πελατών και την ανάθεση δωματίων
- Χειρίζεσαι ερωτήσεις, παράπονα και προβλήματα πελατών και τα επιλύεις έγκαιρα και επαγγελματικά
- Δημιουργείς φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα στην υποδοχή για τους πελάτες
- Βοηθάς στην πρόσληψη, εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση του προσωπικού του front office
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το ωράριο και τη στελέχωση για επαρκή κάλυψη σε όλες τις ώρες
- Παρακολουθείς και αξιολογείς την απόδοση του προσωπικού και παρέχεις ανατροφοδότηση
- Υποστηρίζεις τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες front office, όπως κρατήσεις, διαχείριση δωματίων και ταμειακές λειτουργίες
- Συντονίζεις με τα τμήματα ορόσημο, συντήρησης και άλλες υπηρεσίες για έγκαιρη ετοιμασία δωματίων και ικανοποίηση αιτημάτων πελατών
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τον προϋπολογισμό και τις προμήθειες του front office
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με κανόνες ασφάλειας για πελάτες και προσωπικό
- Συντονίζεις με άλλα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για ομαλή παροχή υπηρεσιών
- Επικοινωνείς σημαντικές πληροφορίες πελατών στα σχετικά τμήματα
- Τηρείς λεπτομερή αρχείο αλληλεπιδράσεων, θεμάτων και λύσεων πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ηγεσία και καθοδήγηση και mentoring ομάδας front office
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επίλυση παραπόνων πελατών
- Λειτουργίες Front office και Διαδικασίες check-in και check-out πελατών
- Διαχείριση ωραρίων και προσωπικού
- Property Management Systems (PMS) και ταμειακές λειτουργίες
- Συμμόρφωση με κανόνες ασφάλειας και διατμηματικός συντονισμός
- Πολυγλωσσία και διαχείριση VIP αφίξεων
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / related fieldκατά προτίμηση
