- Καλωσορίζεις τους επισκέπτες κατά την άφιξη και αναχώρηση με επαγγελματισμό
- Διαχειρίζεσαι διαδικασίες check-in και check-out με άριστη εξυπηρέτηση
- Παρέχεις πληροφορίες για υπηρεσίες resort, εγκαταστάσεις και τοπικά αξιοθέατα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα και λύσεις ερωτήματα ή προβλήματα επισκεπτών
- Διαχειρίζεσαι κρατήσεις και αναθέσεις δωματίων σύμφωνα με τη διαθεσιμότητα και προτιμήσεις
- Προωθείς υπηρεσίες του resort και upselling αναβαθμίσεων ή επιπλέον υπηρεσιών
- Επεξεργάζεσαι τιμολόγηση, πληρωμές και συναλλαγές επισκεπτών με ακρίβεια
- Διατηρείς ενημερωμένα τα στοιχεία επισκεπτών στο property management system (Opera)
- Συντονίζεις με τμήματα Housekeeping, Food & Beverage και άλλα για ομαλή εξυπηρέτηση
- Συνεισφέρεις στην υψηλή ικανοποίηση επισκεπτών με προσεκτική και προσωπική εξυπηρέτηση
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχείριση διαδικασιών check-in και check-out
- Χρήση property management systems όπως Opera
- Επεξεργασία τιμολόγησης και πληρωμών
- Διαχείριση κρατήσεων και συντονισμός με άλλα τμήματα
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και σεβασμός στη διαφορετικότητα και την ένταξη
- Τεχνικές upselling και προώθησης υπηρεσιών
- Hospitalityκατά προτίμηση
