Τι θα κάνεις
- Καθαρίζεις, κόβεις και προετοιμάζεις πρώτες ύλες ακολουθώντας πρότυπα υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων
- Βοηθάς σε δευτερεύουσες εργασίες μαγειρικής όπως τηγάνισμα, ψήσιμο και βράσιμο υπό καθοδήγηση
- Εκτελείς απλές μαγειρικές διαδικασίες διασφαλίζοντας την ποιότητα
- Προετοιμάζεις υλικά σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες και σωστές αναλογίες
- Διατηρείς την κουζίνα καθαρή και οργανωμένη, διαχειρίζεσαι απορρίμματα
- Αποθηκεύεις πρώτες ύλες σωστά για διατήρηση ποιότητας και φρεσκάδας
- Παρακολουθείς αποθέματα και αναφέρεις ανάγκες για αναπλήρωση
- Συντονίζεις τη ροή εργασίας με την ομάδα κουζίνας
- Αναφέρεις προβλήματα εξοπλισμού ή προμηθειών στον επικεφαλής σεφ
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων και γνώση κανονισμών υγιεινής
- Μαγειρικές δεξιότητες και τεχνικές μαγειρικής
- Λειτουργίες κουζίνας και προετοιμασία υλικών
- Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και οργάνωση κουζίνας
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, ομαδικότητα και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Διαχείριση χρόνου, ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και βασικά Αγγλικά
- Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
