- Προετοιμάζεις πιάτα σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του σεφ
- Μαγειρεύεις και προετοιμάζεις πιάτα πρωινού, μεσημεριανού ή βραδινού ανάλογα με τη βάρδια
- Ελέγχεις την ποιότητα όλων των προϊόντων
- Διατηρείς καθαρούς και τακτοποιημένους όλους τους χώρους της κουζίνας
- Διασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στην κουζίνα
- Διατηρείς υψηλή ποιότητα προσωπικής υγιεινής και εμφάνισης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Απόφοιτος σχολής μαγείρων
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε εστιατόρια à la carte 5*
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης προσωπικού κουζίνας/λάντζας
- Γνώση και τήρηση διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
- Γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
