Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις και σερβίρεις αλκοολούχα και μη αλκοολούχα ποτά σύμφωνα με συνταγές και προτιμήσεις πελατών.
- Παρέχεις εξατομικευμένη εξυπηρέτηση, καλωσορίζεις τους επισκέπτες και ανταποκρίνεσαι στα αιτήματα και τα σχόλιά τους.
- Αναλύεις τις τάσεις πωλήσεων και τα σχόλια πελατών για τον εντοπισμό δημοφιλών προϊόντων και ευκαιριών βελτίωσης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι συναλλαγές με μετρητά και κάρτες με ακρίβεια και πραγματοποιείς συμφωνία ταμείου.
- Ανανεώνεις τα αποθέματα του bar, παρακολουθείς τα επίπεδα και αναφέρεις ελλείψεις.
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες ανοίγματος και κλεισίματος του bar.
- Εφαρμόζεις κυκλική ανανέωση, οργανώνεις το απόθεμα και συμμετέχεις σε καταμετρήσεις για τον περιορισμό σπατάλης.
- Τηρείς τους κανονισμούς υγείας, ασφάλειας και υγιεινής κατά τον χειρισμό ποτών, τροφίμων, εργαλείων και εξοπλισμού.
- Σερβίρεις αλκοόλ σύμφωνα με τη νομοθεσία και διαχειρίζεσαι μεθυσμένους επισκέπτες.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα bar, την κουζίνα και το F&B για ομαλή εκτέλεση service.
- Εκπαιδεύεις νέα μέλη της ομάδας στην προετοιμασία ποτών και την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Προετοιμασία και σερβίρισμα ποτών, γνώση αλκοολούχων και μη αλκοολούχων ποτών και εκτέλεση service.
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχείριση παραπόνων.
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και κυκλική ανανέωση και έλεγχος αποθέματος.
- Διαχείριση και συμφωνία ταμείου.
- Κανονισμοί υγείας και ασφάλειας, ασφάλεια τροφίμων και συμμόρφωση με τη νομοθεσία για το σερβίρισμα αλκοόλ.
- Αγγλική γλώσσα, συστήματα υπολογιστών και ανάλυση τάσεων πωλήσεων.
