- Βοηθάς στο να προσλαμβάνεις, εκπαιδεύεις και επιβλέπεις τα μέλη της ομάδας καθαριότητας
- Συντονίζεις τα ωράρια εργασίας, αναθέτεις εργασίες καθαρισμού και παρακολουθείς την απόδοση
- Διεξάγεις καθημερινές ενημερώσεις και διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Επιθεωρείς σχολαστικά τα δωμάτια, διαδρόμους και κοινόχρηστους χώρους για την τήρηση των προτύπων καθαριότητας
- Τηρείς αρχεία επιθεωρήσεων και εντοπίζεις περιοχές που χρήζουν βελτίωσης
- Βοηθάς στη διαχείριση των αποθεμάτων καθαριστικών, λινών και παροχών για τους επισκέπτες
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα, ζητάς ανεφοδιασμό και συνεργάζεσαι με τους προμηθευτές
- Ανταποκρίνεσαι άμεσα σε αιτήματα, ερωτήματα και παράπονα επισκεπτών σχετικά με την καθαριότητα
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τη ρεσεψιόν, τη συντήρηση και άλλες υπηρεσίες για την κάλυψη ειδικών αναγκών επισκεπτών
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις πολιτικές του ξενοδοχείου και τους κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Διεξάγεις τακτική εκπαίδευση σε πρακτικές ασφαλούς καθαρισμού και χειρισμού χημικών
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία καθαριότητας, συμπεριλαμβανομένων προγραμμάτων, χρήσης αποθεμάτων και παρουσιών προσωπικού
